Once we receive your counter-notice, we may reinstate the material unless the copyright owner submits a court order restraining the material from being reinstated.

Takedown Procedure

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material in accordance with the DMCA. We will notify the user who posted the material about the takedown and provide them with an opportunity to file a counter-notice.
