Ahmed Musa Dangiwa, a notable Nigerian architect and professor, is a former CEO/MD of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria. Dangiwa played pivotal roles as the Director General of APC in Katsina State and was at the forefront of the Tinubu/Dikko campaign council. Educationally, Dangiwa’s credentials are nothing short of impressive. He is an alumnus of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, where he earned his architectural bachelor’s and master’s degrees and an MBA. Professionally, Dangiwa embarked on his illustrious career with TRIAD Associates. Later, he ascended to managerial prominence at AM Design Consults, a consultancy firm dedicated to architectural and real estate development. His expertise in mortgage financing flourished at Sahel Mortgage Finance Limited, where he climbed from a property manager position to the role of manager of the mortgage banking division.
With affiliations to several professional bodies, Dangiwa is a fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration (FICA) and the Institute of Strategic Customer Service and Trade Management (ICSTM). His accolades include honorary senior memberships in the Nigerian Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIBN) and the Nigerian Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management (CILRM).
In a recent prestigious appointment, the President of Nigeria, His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu, recognized Dangiwa’s contributions by appointing him as the Minister of Housing and Urban Development for the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
