Born in Sabon Garin Dole, Sokoto State, Hon. Bello Muhammad Goronyo embarked on a comprehensive educational journey. Starting with Kofar Marke Primary School in 1981, he completed his secondary education in Government College Sokoto in 1986. He earned a diploma in law from the College of Arts and Sciences, Sokoto, in 1990. His academic pursuit led him to Uthman Danfodio University, where he graduated with an LLB in 1997. Following an exemption from the NYSC due to age, he became a qualified lawyer in 2001 after attending the Nigeria Law School in Abuja.
Further cementing his commitment to education, Bello Muhammad Goronyo procured a Master’s in Energy Security Management from the Nigeria Defence Academy (NDA), Kaduna, in 2019. He also holds a Master’s in Business Management and Leadership from the London Graduate School and is pursuing his Ph.D. in Leadership and Strategic Studies at NDA.
Bello Muhammad Goronyo has held diverse roles throughout his illustrious career, from working with the National Population Commission and Sokoto State House of Assembly in the early ’90s to becoming a lecturer at the State College of Legal and Islamic Studies.
