You don’t like anime and cartoons, do you? You should find out what you’re losing out on. I overheard someone say they prefer to watch Rabbin Invasion instead of anime. They have yet to experience much of either genre.
Similarly, it would be best to start watching Dragon Age, an excellent animated series.
Listed below are just a few of the reasons why you should;
About Dragon Age: Absolution
The adult animated fantasy streaming series Dragon Age: Absolution was created by Mairghread Scott. The story follows the fallout of a failed theft in the Tevinter Imperium, a fictitious region in BioWare’s Dragon Age universe. On December 9, 2022, Netflix premiered the series, which Red Dog Culture House developed with oversight from BioWare.
Dragon Age: Absolution Synopsis
The mercenaries tasked with stealing the Circulum Infinitus, a relic with blood magic powers, must cope with the consequences of their failed heist.
Dragon Age: Absolution Setting
The story unfolds in the fictitious world of Thedas, created by BioWare for the Dragon Age video game franchise. The story revolves around the citizens of the Tevinter Imperium, a country in northern Thedas that once dominated southern Thedas and is currently administered by a powerful oligarchy of magic-using magisters under the authority of an Imperial Archon. The Imperium’s strict caste system is well-known for its allowance of slavery. Famous as well for its sacrificial magicians and ban on blood magic.
Absolution is set after Dragon Age: Inquisition, as evidenced by references made by the characters within, but before the events of the yet-to-be-released Dragon Age: Dreadwolf.

Dragon Age: Absolution Summary
Despite her eagerness to help Hira and Fairbanks, as well as their companions Qwydion, an energetic qunari magician, and Lacklon, a terse dwarven fighter, Miriam has some difficulties on the journey. Once free, Miriam swore she would never go back to Tevinter. The situation becomes more complicated because the Magister, who currently has the Circulum Infinitus, was once Miriam’s master. Despite her misgivings, Miriam helps the ragtag group plan an attack on the palace in Nessum, where Magister Rezaren is studying the Circulum.
As soon as Fairbanks meets Hira after they acquire the Circulum, insinuating his involvement as a traitor, the mission immediately deviates. After defending herself, Hira fatally wounds the ex-freedom fighter and then gets trapped in the vault containing the Circulum. In addition, she initiates the palace’s defence system, unleashing hundreds of zombies against the unsuspecting inhabitants. Fairbanks returns to the agreed-upon meeting spot, but he passes away in Miriam’s arms after taking the Circulum.
Miriam cannot save Hira and must abandon her to be captured as the party battles their way through the palace, where they confront demons, undead, and enemy soldiers. Even if Qwydion, Lacklon, Roland, and Miriam managed to flee the city, they would only get a little far because of the ongoing siege. After the Magister’s Harrowing failure, Miriam is forced to kill her twin brother, and Rezaren reveals the true motivation behind his study of the Circulum: he intends to bring him back to life. He lures Miriam and Hira back to the palace. He starts the ceremony with the Circulum Infinitus and Miriam’s blood when their rescue attempt fails due to a dragon-sized snag. Things are starting to heat up.
In Dragon Age: Absolution’s climactic act, Miriam can thwart Rezaren’s heinous plans by freeing the dragon and eliminating the renegade Magister with the aid of her allies. And it turns out that Hira was in cahoots with him, planning to sell on her friends and the Inquisition to deliver the Circulum to the Crimson Knight in Kirkwall and exact her vengeance on Tevinter. As she runs away with the artefact, Miriam and her companions give chase. The Crimson Knight, a primary antagonist from Dragon Age 2 who was presumed dead until his reappearance in the final scenes, is revealed to be none other than former Knight-Commander Meredith.
Dragon Age: Absolution Production
As part of their June 2022 Geeked Week event, Netflix announced their new animated series, Dragon Age: Absolution, which is set in the fictitious Dragon Age universe created by BioWare. Canada’s BioWare and South Korea’s Red Dog Culture House contributed to the show’s production, and producer Mairghread Scott will helm the show herself.
Dragon Age: Absolution Release
A teaser trailer was unveiled during Netflix’s “Geeked Week” event in June. A complete teaser was released in November. It premiered on Netflix on December 9, 2022.
Dragon Age: Absolution Pre-release
Ash Parrish of The Verge felt optimistic after seeing the teaser in November 2022 because of the high quality of the animation and the voice performance. He was still interested in seeing how the storyline related to the upcoming Dragon Age: Dreadwolf. According to Parrish, BioWare has made many episodes based on their major video game franchises, including Dragon Age: Dawn of the Seeker and Dragon Age: Redemption, both of which feature characters who make appearances in the corresponding video game series. She hypothesised that Miriam, as a former elf slave, might return as a companion or NPC in the next game because of her story.
Since Cassandra Pentaghast is seen in the Dragon Age: Absolution trailer, Sisi Jiang of Kotaku assumes that it is set after the video game Dragon Age: Inquisition. Jiang saw that BioWare had included spinoff features in Inquisition’s optional quests, so he anticipated seeing the same in Dragon Age: Dreadwolf.
I highly doubt you consciously decided this cartoon was on par with your taste. You should get some popcorn because you’re about to relax.
