Fifth Title. Of the Review of the Fundamental Law
Article 133
- The initiative to reform this Fundamental Law corresponds to the President of the Republic or to the three-quarters of the members of the Chamber of Deputies or the Senate.
- The projects of constitutional revision to which the previous paragraph refers are dealt with in accordance with that established for projects or proposals of laws.
- The proposals of reform of the Fundamental Law will be adopted by the affirmative vote of the three-fourths of the members of the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate.
- The approval of the proposal of revision of the Fundamental Law in accordance with what is established in the previous paragraph will become definitive, except when the President of the Republic decides to submit it to referendum, in which case the corresponding popular approval will make it definitive.
Article 134
The Republican and Democratic Regime of the State of Equatorial Guinea, the National Unity, and the Territorial Integrity may not be the object of any reform
