TITLE XII. OF THE INDEPENDENT NATIONAL ELECTORAL COMMISSION
Article 132
The Independent National Electoral Commission [Comission électoral nationale Indépendante (CENI)] is charged with the establishment and the updating [mise à jour] of the electoral list [fichier], the organization, the procedure [déroulement] and the supervision of the voting operations. It proclaims the provisional results.
Article 133
An organic law determines the composition, the organization and the functioning of the Commission.
