Serena Williams’ Biography

Serena Williams’s parents, Oracene Price and Richard Williams, have coached her alongside her sister, Venus.

In 1995 she turned professional and won her first Single Title at the 199 US Open from the 2002 French Open to the 2003 Australian Open.

Serena Williams was dominant, winning all four significant Singles Titles (each time over Venus in the final).

She has also won 14 influential Women’s Double Titles with her sister Venus, and the pair are unbeaten in the Grand Slam Doubles final.

Her parents wanted her to be 16 before letting her participate in the professional tournament. In August, which is recent, she got into the 2022 Canadian Open, using a unique ranking. She beats Nuria Parrizas Diaz in straight sets, making up for her first Single win in 14 months.
