CHAPTER XXIV. PROMULGATION OF THE CONSTITUTION
172. Promulgation of the Constitution
- The provisions of Chapter I to Chapter XXIII shall come into force on the day appointed by the President by Proclamation.
- Parliament shall meet on the day so appointed and the President may, in such Proclamation, specify the time at which Parliament shall so meet.
